This Pressbook is a collection of different chapters authored by many different authors. Our gratitude goes to them for their work and for sharing it in a way others can build upon it. Their authorship is acknowledged at the top of each chapter; the copyright licence that applies to those chapters is noted accordingly at the bottom of each page.
The licence that applies to any other element of the book is Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
The cover image was taken by a University of Otago photographer and the students pictured completed a talent release agreement. While the general licence for the book applies also to the cover, we suggest that if the book is adapted that it would be appropriate to change the cover.
In this version of the Pressbook, two images from Twitter and one front page of a journal article from JSTOR have been used in accordance with the privisions of fair dealing for criticism and review.
