Moderate sized left pneumothorax with a deep costophrenic angle. No mediastinal shift. Heart size normal.
Right lung clear.

Interpretation: moderate/large left pneumothorax with partial lobar atelectasis and small pleural effusion. Apical blebs bilaterally.
