If an ECG is not done within 5 moves the patient will suffer from cardiogenic shock and acute pulmonary oedema. If the knowledge check is failed, the student/team needs to get to the Purple Room within 2 moves to start supportive measures or the patient will go into a coma and the team loses the game.
