Cardiology consultation

Anterolateral STEMI. Administer pain relief (Aspirin 300mg), O2 2L via nasal prongs. Cardiac monitoring, repeat 12-lead ECG and troponin. Prepare patient for PCI. Will require dual antiplatelet therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, alcohol counselling.
