If the presence of ascites is not evaluated within 5 moves the patient will become increasingly confused and hypoactive, eventually becoming unconscious. If the knowledge check is failed, the student/team needs to get to the Purple Room within 2 moves to start supportive measures or the patient will go into a coma and the team loses the game.
