Enlarged cardiac silhouette. Increased hilar markings with upper lobe diversion. No pleural effusions.

Nil valvular disease. Mild-moderate right ventricular dysfunction, significant left ventricular dysfunction. Left Ventricle Ejection Fraction 30%.   Left ventricular dilatation and mild hypokinesis noted.
