About the Author
Associate Professor Rouxelle de Villiers is a research scholar and andragogue with more than 26 years’ experience as business practitioner and CEO, and more than 12 years’ experience as a tertiary educator. Her passion is to inspire and enable students to build their capabilities as business leaders (intrapreneurs, solopreneurs, and entrepreneurs) in the volatile, ambiguous, complex marketplace. Rouxelle believes that problem-solving, critical and creative competencies, and interpersonal skills are some of the most important transferrable skills students will develop over their entire lifetime of learning.
