About the Authors
Teagan Menhenett
Teagan is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Deakin University, with aims to complete her Masters in Clinical Psychology in the future. She works within the university as a mentor in the NAVIGATE program for first-year autistic students, a Wellbeing Ambassador and in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. She also has extensive experience working with neurodivergent young people in the community. Teagan has spoken at Deakin events such as the Blue Tree project and Neurodiversity with Chloé Hayden. Neurodivergent herself, Teagan is passionate about creating inclusive and accessible learning environments for all students.

Nick Milne
PhD
Nick Milne is an Associate Professor in the School of Engineering at Deakin with an interest in education research and fairness. He has previously been the Associate Head of School Student Learning and is the Deakin University Academic Lead on Integrity.

Siva Krishnan
PhD, SHFEA, MIEAUST
Siva works as Associate Professor of Engineering at Deakin University. Currently, he is the Associate Head of School (Teaching and Learning). Over the last 15 years, Siva has provided curriculum leadership and support for several course improvement projects. He has mentored academic and professional staff in curriculum and assessment design, with a particular focus on design for learner engagement and agency. Siva is an advocate for Work Integrated Learning and influences students and academic staff to have a greater connection and theory-practice balance for employability skills development.
