The aim of this book is to give you, the reader, an introduction to the importance of having a basic understanding of Business Law, and the role it plays in both your everyday life and in business. It will not make you a lawyer but importantly it will enable you to recognise legal issues, minimise exposure to risk, and know when to consult a lawyer. To help you, and to make the book as user friendly as possible, the book is written primarily in the first person where you are the plaintiff.
