Risks and Mitigations

Part V addresses the critical professional and ethical considerations that must guide responsible adoption of AI in legal practice. It discusses how existing professional conduct obligations apply to the use of generative AI. The part culminates in an activity to create a comprehensive AI policy. Emphasis is placed on building systems that support innovation while maintaining the highest professional standards and protecting client interests.
