About the Authors

The original authors of Answering Clinical Questions (ACQ) were University of Western Australia (UWA) academics, learning designers and librarians : Anna Nowak, Diana Jonas-Dwyer, Bel Shilkin, Fiona Leece, Gina Sjepecvich, Felicity Renner and Carol Newton-Smith, who wrote and published ACQ in 2009.

In 2025, the existing content created by the original authors was transferred to the Pressbooks Platform and edited by UWA Librarians Catherine Kafentzis and Terena Solomons who also adapted the existing content to create various interactive H5P learning objects.
